Área:

Customer Engineering support to build offers to customers.

Objective:

At the end of the year the candidate will have significantly contributed to the Digital Transformation of Telefonica, having left a legacy in the form of a content repository and will be a significant asset to Telefonica.

 

Functions:

Manages all bid content for quality and accuracy.  As the content manager for TGSOLUTIONS the candidate will be a focal point of content.  they will learn and engage with practically every facet of the business. The role will be to build a function/repository and processes out of nothing, working with product, pre sales, sales and all of the other departments that own the business content that is needed for bid responses. Improve Content library (index) of content and ensure all content has unique reference

Ensure that all content for each area is up to date via regular updates with Content Owners 

Ensure all content is signed off via Content Owners Format all content to correct TGS template/branding

Review all content to ensure accurately sells benefits/ solutions – make suggestions to content owners on changes needed

Upload all content to One Drive or Future Bid Management Tool

Act as a pre-sales central point for requesting non-technical/product information related to new bids

Identify new content owners within Product/Marketing for new content 

Manage Repository for Signed Contract Information

Manage Repository of Submitted RFPs and ensure submissions and business cases are stored

Manage Database of Product specific Questions and update when RFPs are submitted 

Create log of all templates and forms used by TGS Pre-Sales   

Ensuring latest version of all templates and forms used by TGS Pre-Sales held on One Drive 

Ensuring all templates/forms used by TGS Pre-Sales are regularly updated

Implement and maintain scripts on Future Bid Management Tool for TGS generic proposals  ( future-potential )

Manage licenses for TGS for Future Bid Management Tool ( future – potential )
