About the role
The chosen candidate will work in line with Local Sales strategies to support achievement of sales growth to plan. Their focus will be on customer support, order handling, complaint handling and assisting the sales force whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File ordering documents and related records.
  • Handling service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
  • Helping and supporting in administrative tasks.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements:

  • You have just completed a bachelor's or master's degree ADE
  • Good English level and native Spanish;
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented, fast learner;
