About the internal customer experience program

You will form part of a dynamic team in which you will participate and support the implementation of the daily work of the Customer experience, the monitoring of incidents, generating reports and creating information sessions and content for campaigns.

The opportunity

Philip Morris Spain is looking for talented people to join our Customer Experience team based in Madrid.

Training objectives:

  • Reports and analysis
  • Manage, place and maintain the company's MGM database
  • Interact with other departments (call center, IQOS and BI Support) to solve existing problems or incidents
  • Management of administrative tasks related to support in budget tracking (PO, redemptions, etc ...)
  • Catalog stock maintenance - Ability to test new features and report test scenarios
  • Support the MGM program and the rest of the team members in their daily operations
  • Campaign and report design due to IQOS guidelines

Who are we looking for?

  • Be a well-organized and planned individual, curious and eager to learn, with good communication skills and customer-oriented.
  • Have a university degree in Management, Marketing or another relevant degree
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
