Description of the job
The purpose of the Business Improvement Support team is to contribute to the Integration, Improvement and Transformation of the Airbus Defence and
Space Quality organization enabling the development of world class products and services. The selected candidate will have an excellent opportunity to
join an international team and to support the improvement of Airbus Defence and Space (including Military Aircraft, Space Systems, Unmanned Aerial
Systems and Communications, Intelligence & Security).
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to support the:
- Management of Quality transfunctional improvement projects
- Identification, sharing and implementation of best practices
- Showcase and communicate the benefits of the improvement projects managed by the organization
- Support activities aimed at enabling an agile communication exchange among the Business Improvement Support organization and its respective
stakeholders
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
- Young graduate or last year student of Business Administration with knowledge of project management
- Additional communications studies or background desirable
- Proficiency level of MS Office required, HTML and Share Point knowledge
- High level of English and Spanish required
- Good team player, excellent communication skills and able to work independently
