We are looking for an IT Business Analyst, who will work closely with local Sales organization to identify and analyze the business needs and translate them into IT solutions, in alignment with Electrolux IT European standards and application strategy.

She or he is a link between end users, the central and local IT organization and/or external service providers. Key to this role is the understanding and knowledge of the IT processes and application architecture, as well as the business processes within Sales & Services organization.

A typical day at work

• To work with business key users and contributes to the business development process to identify and deliver IT solutions that enable and deliver business value
• To drive the implementation of the new/changed business processes, with the local management and Key Users
• To work with the Central IT teams to drive the standardization of the IT application and technical infrastructure;
• To collaborate with external suppliers of IT solutions to ensure Electrolux receives the best support for the local applications;
• To facilitate a convergence of business ideas with IT delivery and to assist the business in driving the delivery of business benefits from IT and process improvement initiatives;
• Represent IT in local Business initiatives
• To coordinate the testing of new application functionality with the Key Users, particularly cross functional activities;
• To prepare presentations on analysis, design and solutions and communicate them in professional way;
• To write and review functional specifications and/or IT processes and to advise and give recommendations on process and functional documentation;
• To provide a service level mind set and manage service and Project deliveries with the help of external service providers or the internal IT team;
• To monitor progress with local legal change requirements and escalate as necessary;
• To manage role based security within the local organizations and act as validation point for incidents with the Key users;
• To represent the business workplace requirements towards the workplace service provider;
• To monitor local incidents and resolution times and escalate as necessary;
• To act as User Administration for some applications and Data Communication (FTS2, MQ, FTP) for new tools.

Education & Skills

• Degree Leve (IT and Programming)/ bachelor of physical science (or similar)
