• To define methodology and procedures for network planning and technical prioritization of the projects on networks (e.g. quality, connection, etc.) and public lighting. To define criteria for classifying projects with a common purpose, ensuring their use among the countries, jointly with Global Planning and Control;
• to guarantee the investment approval process jointly with Global Business Planning and Control; to manage technical prioritization of the investments;
• to optimize infrastructure and networks investment plan in coherence with expected performance and
quality level, and ensuring feasibility analysis; to manage the project allocation process by evaluating technical KPI, benefits and impacts on networks; to monitor for the relevant activities the investment plan evolution, identifying significant gaps and suggesting possible corrective actions;
• to identify and monitor CAPEX-related KPIs aimed at measuring and comparing local performance, to set targets for the countries, analyze local critical issues and address solution (e.g. capex-opex trade off);
• to analyze and validate new investment solutions, technologies or feasibility studies for the investment plan;
• to define guidelines and functional requirements of IT systems aimed at support the investment planning process, promoting their alignment.

- Apoyar en la redacción de policy y instrucciones operativas en inglés para la planificación de las inversiones y el desarrollo de proyectos en los distintos Países
- Contribuir a la definición del plan de las inversiones
- Supervisar los indicadores técnicos y económicos de la unidad
- Colaborar en la elaboración de presentaciones y informes.
