The mission: 

• Work closely with Product Managers to refine business requirements with demands for quality and great end user experience.
• Collaboratively work across all areas of IT development, actively liaising with developers and business stakeholders to improve overall quality and performance.
• Participate in release management and pre-deployment testing exercises including monitoring end user experience.
• Ensure QA methodologies are implemented properly.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the development of user experience related test plans, creation of tests, review user stories, code and tests.
• Execute tests cases and test plans end to end.
• Troubleshoot and isolate user experience issues, report bugs and work with developers to confirm these have been fixed.
• Ability to sense gaps in requirements and propose solutions are expected.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate from Computer, Information Technology or Telecommunications Engineering
• Basic knowledge of cloud solutions, OpenStack is a plus, SQL and Java.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Hands on and result oriented.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary, Portuguese speaking is a plus.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Good presentation and public speaking skills
• Highly motivated
• Capable of working with limited supervision
