Mission:
Assist and Support the Telecommunication activities on GNC Operations Europe team on the day to day activities.
Tasks and Activities Planned:
- Support the Reporting and Monitoring activities of the team.
- Support and Monitor the ticketing tool group incidents and changes.
- Review and Maintenance of networks and security Devices.
- Prepare Drafts and Presentations of Incidents and Group Meetings.
- Design and maintenance of Network Topology Diagrams.
- Support GNC Operations activities on periodical activities.
- Support the automation of reporting and monitoring process.
- Support with the daily operative activities of the group.

- Network Monitoring tools (Nagios, Wireshark, Netflow, wtc).
Background:
- Graduated in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science.
- CCNA/CCNP student is valuable.
