The jobholder is supporting the T&AD CDT lead in establishing a communication framework to all Transport and Aerial delivery stakeholders, the necessary KPIs to monitor the status and progress of the Transport and Aerial Delivery functionality in the A400M, and the development and publication of all necessary directives from Transport and Aerial Delivery Integration.
The jobholder will be also responsible to organize and monitor the different internal and external forums required for the coordination of the Transport and Aerial Delivery activities for the A400M.
The job holder has authority over the following jobs:
Establishment of the electronic infrastructure and process to develop, compile and distribute all relevant information to the Aerial Delivery community.
Organize and monitor all different internal and external forums to support the Transport and Aerial Delivery Integration progress.
This jobs needs to ensure that
• Establish and maintain a T&AD CDT I-share with respect to general communication of all T&AD information to CDT stakeholders. Develop the regular communication means (Newsletter, announcements, …) to support this activity.
• Establish the T&AD HUB and coordinate the different communications through it.
• Coordinate the development of the Visual Management panel and control Room for T&AD CDT and AD plateau. Coordinate and maintain the consolidation of T&AD CDT KPIs (Planning, Risk, Cost and Quality).
• Support the CDT Lead in the development, publication and distribution of program-wide directives.
• Develop the Newcomer´s package: Who is who, T&AD Bible, Routebook…
• Organize and set-up the different forums for T&AD CDT integration & communication, including internal and external meetings.
This jobs needs to contribute to overall organizational targets
• Support the T&AD CDT in the preparation of T&AD presentations for internal/external use (CDT weekly summary, ADMT, PRM,…).
• Advise to the T&AD CDT on improvements on the communication channels content and on the set-up and organization of the T&AD CDT and AD Plateau.
