Our Marketing department is looking for the best talent for the following position:

Specifically you will:

  • Support marketing team in several projects, marketing campaigns by:
    • Consolidating key information for marketing projects such as hostesses briefing and support the consumer experience executives of each market (Portugal, Spain and Canary Islands) on analyzing this information
    • Consolidating the information from internal tools of sales department and prepare presentations to support the consumer experience department on decision making to deploy the strategy in the markets.
    • Supporting deployment teams in each market in order to modify or change specific materials regarding promotion to customize the promotions for the respective markets according to local business needs and regulations
    • Being the contact person in case there is any issue, complain with a consumer regarding promotion
  • Be responsible for coordinating the marketing process for 3 markets, Spain, Portugal and Canary Islands by planning briefing meetings, core meetings, etc.; Creating and managing technical tools which support the tactical product actions and coordinate project submission
  • Coordinate with the agency the necessary information in order to make sure that the promotions are in line with regulation, legal and fiscal matters.
  • Develop the official rules for the drawing of all brand campaigns. Run the draws at the notary and coordinate with the agency who is taking care of that specific promotion
  • Support the marketing executives on the creation of purchase orders and manage all this process- key contact with finance department
  • Development of required information to comply with law and regulation and manage the process from beginning to end with external stakeholder, including following up with internal stakeholders ( legal, CA, finance and general management assistant)

Requirements:

  • Advanced in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • University Degree in Marketing
