In Philip Morris we are seeking for an intern to join the recently created Center of Excellence in Real Estate. The CoE Real Estate is tasked with fulfilling our Global Real Estate Strategy, to design & deploy global strategy and tools aimed to deliver:

- A high-end fit for purpose office space offering to our employees across the world

- A cost efficient and flexible Portfolio Management framework that delivers value, adaptability and accountability.

- Redesign the office space in a manner that will facilitate PMI’s transformation and introduce new ways of working.

- Reduce our carbon footprint and Increase sustainability

 

Your day to day: Under the supervision of the Global Head of CoE, this role will provide support on Communication & Planning activities, in particular developing and implementing standard processes and practices, common performance assessment and methodologies.

Who are we looking for:

- Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Economics – a real estate focus would be an advantage

- Interest in pursuing membership into RICS would be an advantage.

- Passion for the real estate industry

- Proficiency in English required (both written and spoken)

- Proficient in Microsoft suite especially in MS Excel & MS Power Point

- Good Communicational skills

- Based in Madrid and with an EU working permit
