The purpose of the Quality Integration and Improvement organization is to drive Airbus Defence and Space Quality integration, improvement and transformation in compliance and beyond the industry regulatory standards.The selected candidate will have an excellent opportunity to join an international team and to support the integration and improvement projects across the division including Military Aircraft, Space Systems, Connected Intelligence and Unmanned Aerial Systems.
Tasks & accountabilities
- Management of Quality integration and improvement projects
- Showcase and communicate the benefits of the improvement projects managed by the organization
- Identification, sharing and implementation of best practices
- Support activities aimed at enabling an agile communication exchange among the Quality Integration and Improvement organization and its respective stakeholders
