Training objectives:
In your day to day, you will participate and collaborate in:
 

  • Ensure local adaptations of visibility materials and activations for stores, following international visual merchandising and retail guidelines and aligning the materials mainly with the Brand and Legal teams.
  • Develop and deliver visibility materials on time, following the schedule of activities in the store, supervising the productions of the suppliers and coordinating the associated agencies.
  • Manage logistics shipments from warehouse to stores regarding visibility materials (including display devices and accessories) always minimizing economy and ensuring being on time.
  • Support POS incidents at a visual / communicative level, having a constant dialogue with the stores and their supervisors
  • Analyze Communication and Visual Merchandising actions, creating results reports after each campaign.
  • Make sure all visual and communication initiatives are implemented on time @pos and create an implementation report with photos of the stores in real time, also providing final comments and recommendations for the next campaign that will be taken into consideration.
  • Place the supplier's purchase orders in the system once the estimate is approved (budget management) 

Candidate profile:

  • Degree in Marketing
  • English level C1
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PPT)
  • Ability to work with other teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very collaborative and with a great team spirit (desire to learn, do well and enjoy work)
  • Knowledge in management of production agencies and / or suppliers will be valued to support the production of materials, shipments and implementation of in-store activities.
  • Analytical skills when analyzing retail campaigns / visual impacts and in-store consumer activities.
  • Budget management ability to order from previously approved suppliers

What is good to have

• Graphic design skills (for example: photoshop / autocad)
• Creative and innovative mindset
