Training objectives:

You will participate and collaborate in:
 

  • Ensure the local adaptations of the visibility materials and the activations designated for the stores, following the international guidelines of visual merchandising & retail and aligning the materials mainly with the Brand and Legal teams.
  • Develop and deliver visibility materials on time, following the calendar of activities in the store, supervising the productions of the suppliers and coordinating the partner agencies.
  • Manage logistics shipments from warehouse to stores of visibility materials (including displays and accessories) always minimizing the economy and guaranteeing punctuality.
  • Provide support to POS incidents at a visual/communicative level, maintaining a constant dialogue with the stores and their supervisors.
  • Analyze Communication and Visual Merchandising actions, generating results reports after each campaign.
  • Ensure that all visual and communication initiatives are implemented on time @pos and create an implementation report with photos of the stores in real time, also providing final comments and recommendations for the next campaign to consider.
  • Place supplier PO's in the system once the budget is approved (budget management).

Candidate profile:

  • Marketing background studies.
  • Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Brilliant communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PPT).
  • Ability to work with other teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very collaborative and with great team spirit (willing to learn, do well and enjoy the work).
  • Knowledge in management of production agencies and/or suppliers to support the production of materials, dispatches and implementation of activities in the store.
  • Analytical skills when analyzing retail campaigns / visual impacts and in-store consumer activities.
  • Graphic design skills (eg: photoshop / autocad) is a plus. Creative and innovative mindset.
