Training objectives:
 
By interning as part of a larger People and Culture team, you will:

  • Work with the people engagement team to execute the people engagement plan.
  • Assist in the planning, writing, translation and review of materials for internal communications.
  • Engage employees across the organization in our programs and initiatives using different platforms.
  • Create, adapt and publish attractive content in different formats and channels.
  • Ensure programs are accessible to all employees, acting as a point of contact for different employee initiatives and events.
  • Collaborate on new ideas, trends and tools for internal communications.

  
Candidate profile:

  • Recent degree in Journalism, Communication, Advertising or Public Relations or similar.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication in Spanish and English (level C1).
  • Firm handling of social networking tools, with a creative touch for content generation.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for creating attractive communication materials.
  • Entrepreneur, good time management, creative, with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Results oriented, respecting processes and methodologies and paying attention to details.
  • Desirable knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
