The Permanent Training Master's in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics is designed with a clear goal: to improve the employability of young university graduates by facilitating their entry into the labor market through the acquisition of key competencies and highly demanded technical skills.

This training program, offered by a collaborating company in alliance with the Fundación Universidad-Empresa (FUE) and Universidad Camilo José Cela, allows participants to expand their training in areas such as data-driven technologies, agile methodologies, digital marketing, and business management, while developing essential soft skills to perform responsible roles in dynamic professional environments.

Increase job placement opportunities in competitive and digitalized companies.

Train participants in data analysis tools, business management, agile methodologies, and corporate sustainability.

Develop personal and professional skills such as leadership, critical thinking, creativity, time management, and effective communication.

Connect academic training with practical experience in companies, facilitating a smooth transition to the professional environment.

Curriculum

This master’s program combines rigorous academic training with hands-on company experience. The academic structure consists of the following modules:

MODULE I · Data & Analytics (10 ECTS)

Understanding the value of measurable data: data analysis, big data, SQL, Python, Power BI, artificial intelligence, and ETL processes.

MODULE II · Innovative Management Methodology (10 ECTS)

Practical learning in agile methodologies, collaborative work, organizational structures, and new ways of working.

MODULE III · Key Soft Skills for Working Life (10 ECTS)

Competencies such as communication, leadership, adaptability, self-management, creativity, and critical thinking.

MODULE IV · Business Management with SDG Criteria (10 ECTS)

Strategic and sustainable approach aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

MODULE V · Elective Subjects (10 ECTS)

Business Management

Digital Marketing in Business Development

MODULE VI · Master’s Thesis (10 ECTS)

Development of an integrative project reflecting the knowledge acquired.

MODULE VII · Internships in Companies (60 ECTS)

Training placement in a company where participants apply what they have learned and boost employability in a real environment.

Scholarship and Program Conditions

Duration:
Between 6 and 12 months, depending on the training plan.

Schedule:
Full time (8 hours/day)

Monthly Amount:
Minimum 900 gross/month (depending on city and schedule)

Company Certification upon completion of the internship

Admission and Enrollment

The requirements to access the postgraduate program Master in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics are the following:

Be under 30 years old at the date of the call publication.

Hold an official university degree (graduate, diploma, licentiate, engineer, architect...).

Have completed university studies within the last 4 years.

Have not had professional experience related to the degree after obtaining the title.

Have not previously enjoyed a similar internship stay.

Academic Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the training plan (academic and practical), the student will receive the degree of:

Master of Continuing Education in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, issued as an Official Degree of Universidad Camilo José Cela
Additionally, they will receive a certificate from the collaborating company.
If the full master’s program cannot be completed, a Higher Program Diploma can be obtained.
