Philosophy and objectives

The CITIUS Career Initiation Programme for Recent Graduates, aimed at recent graduates, was born as a result of a double need:

  • On the one hand, most graduates need to complement their academic training based on their specific interests and the specialty they want to pursue: that's why the Citius training program has a customizable itinerary, and
  • On the other hand, graduates just out of the career need to gain confidence in the workplace in order to access a satisfactory job: that is what the period in curricular practices of the study seeks.

The best guarantee of this program is in the opinion of the more than 10,000 students who have already enjoyed it: 96% would recommend it as the first step in accessing the professional world. It is not surprising considering that the labor insertion after this program is 80%.
