It is also important that you know that the issuing bank of the card used has the obligation to submit the payments you make to a security check, which guarantees that you authorize the collection of the purchase and that it is made safely. However, depending on the characteristics of the payment, this verification may not be necessary for your purchase, or may be applied in different ways, depending on the operation carried out.

Below, we explain what are the types of collection that can be applied to your purchases:

Payment by bank card or bizum.
By accepting this form of collection, you authorize Talentoteca.es to make the collection of your order at once (at the time of preparation of the same) including those modifications that you could have made. In this way, you will have the possibility to edit your order, until the moment in which it is prepared, without having to make multiple payments, but you will be charged the final amount of the order.

In these cases, you must perform a security check with the bank issuing your card, to ensure that you authorize Talentoteca.es to charge the final amount of the order. From this moment, the collection of the final amount of your order will be authorized, and you will not have to take any other additional action.

SECTION 16 - Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Talentoteca.es and we strive to provide you with expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a service just doesn't quite fit. That is why we facilitate returns in those cases where it makes sense (some services once provided can not be returned as the generation of a certificate for example, once issued can not be recovered).

To request a return account please contact info@talentoteca.es. The return period will be five calendar days from the moment the purchase was made.
