The Specialization Course in Corporate Innovation from the Universidad de Alcalá, driven by BBVA in collaboration with the Fundación Universidad-Empresa, is an exclusive program that combines online academic training with practical company experience, within a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative digital environment.
This initiative aims to prepare university students and recent graduates to lead change and innovation processes in complex corporate settings, fostering a digital, strategic mindset with a strong focus on organizational transformation.

The course takes place in the Liquid Community, an intuitive, gamified, and collaborative online platform where each participant becomes part of a social learning ecosystem:
Phase-based training (academic modules): interactive content organized by weeks and challenges.
E-book + evaluation criteria + weekly assignments with personalized feedback from a Trainer.
Participation in the internal social network (Social Liquid): collaboration, forums, challenges, and “My Office” (to share internship experiences).
A mileage and points system based on academic performance and participation, which impacts the final program experience (Draft event).
The training is completed in approximately 2 months and includes:
4 academic modules, each divided into weeks with specific activities.
Continuous assessment through activities, submissions, and participation.
Complementary content on innovation, entrepreneurship, digital culture, and strategic thinking.
This course is designed for young people who:
Are between 20 and 30 years old.
Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a university degree.
Are looking to develop in areas related to innovation, digital transformation, and change management.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Specialization in Corporate Innovation issued by the Universidad de Alcalá, with the support of BBVA and Fundación Universidad-Empresa.
