A dual training online master’s program designed to help you develop the digital and professional skills most demanded by companies.

There are three training tracks depending on your access profile: 120 ECTS Master’s, 90 ECTS Master’s, or 84 ECTS Advanced Training.

The master's degree is structured into 3 core blocks, present in all three tracks.
In all the tracks you will do internships at a partner company, where you will apply your knowledge with a "learning by doing" approach.
The internships are designed to give you real professional experience in an environment adapted to your training.
As part of the program, you will complete a remote or on-site full-time internship (maximum 35 hours per week) at one of our partner companies. During this period, you will be supported by a company mentor.
The number of internship credits ranges from 42 to 60, depending on the chosen modality.

Full-time (7 hours/day)
Monthly Amount:
Minimum €800 gross/month (depending on city and schedule)
Company Certification upon completion of the internship
The requirements to access the postgraduate program Master's in Productivity, Adaptive Management and Innovation are as follows:
Be under 30 years old on the date the call is published.
Hold an official university degree (graduate, diploma, licentiate, engineer, architect...).
Have completed university studies within the last 4 years.
Have not had professional experience related to your degree after obtaining it.
Have not previously taken part in a similar internship program.
The program can be taken in two academic formats, depending on the applicant’s profile: Master’s Degree (120 or 90 ECTS) for graduates with an official university degree, or Advanced Program (84 ECTS) for students in their final year or holders of a Higher Vocational Training degree.
Upon successful completion of the training program (academic and practical), the student will receive a Master’s own degree issued by Universidad Nebrija for the 90 and 120 ECTS modalities. If you enroll in the 84 ECTS modality, you will obtain the Advanced Program certificate.
In addition, you will receive a certificate from the collaborating company.
