- Citius Professional Initiation Program in the Company
The Citius Program, promoted by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and managed by the Fundación Universidad-Empresa, is a postgraduate training experience aimed at young university graduates who want to make the leap into the professional world by combining practical and real academic training.
One of its main advantages is that each student can customize their training path, choosing between an on-site, online, or hybrid mode, according to what best suits their profile and objectives.
The Academic Training Plan is taught at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and its program is designed in collaboration with the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Depending on their professional orientation, the candidate can combine the academic content of their choice with supervised internships at some of our partner companies.
The Academic Plan is taken at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, in collaboration with the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, and allows students to design a path adapted to their future profession.
Students must complete a minimum of 20 ECTS credits for their training itinerary, with no maximum limit. It can be completed in-person, online, or mixed, and these will be the areas from which students can configure their academic training path:
Direct access to qualified profiles from all fields and over 200 national and international universities.
Legal and juridical advice throughout the entire process.
Training scholarships for students or internship programs for graduates.
Management of internship agreements, with remote, in-person, or mixed incorporations.
Personalized programs in strategies, processes, and candidate experiences.
Centralized management and process to access the best talent.
The curricular internships associated with the study can be carried out in any of the partner companies and in the departments designated by them.
As part of the program, a teleinternship or full-time on-site internship experience (maximum 35 hours per week) is carried out in one of our partner companies. During this period, the student is accompanied by a company tutor.

Study aid: from €800 gross monthly
Certification from the partner company upon completion
The requirements to access the Citius postgraduate program are as follows:
Be under 30 years old.
Hold an official university degree, recognized or eligible for recognition, such as graduate, diploma, licentiate, architect, technical architect, engineer, or technical engineer, appropriate for the available places in each call.
Have obtained the official university degree, recognized or eligible for recognition, within the last 4 years.
Not have already participated in a similar program.
Not have professional experience as a graduate.
The diploma of the Citius Professional Initiation program in the company will be issued by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in collaboration with the Autonomous University of Barcelona, including also a certification from the company where the student completes the internship.
