Commercial Operations, Cytric -
The Cytric area in Amadeus focuses on providing comprehensive solutions for corporate travel and expense management. Some key aspects of the Cytric area:
1- Mission and Solutions: The mission of Amadeus Cytric Solutions is to help corporations create smarter business journeys. This includes a range of solutions such as Cytric Easy and Cytric Expense, which are designed to automate expense processes and boost productivity for travelers, approvers, arrangers, and auditors.
2- Product and Services: Cytric offers a variety of products and services, including online booking, event management, and AI-powered expense management. These solutions are available across multiple platforms, including Microsoft 365, desktop, and mobile.
Project Description:
The project involves a 6 month interm/practicum within the Commercial Operations team of a Software as a Service Company in the Travel Industry. He / She will be responsible to prepare the necessary tools (Qlik / Salesforce) for reporting and planning, supporting in the automation of the reports used by the Commercial Organization and Management. He / She will have to gather relevant data from several sources ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data bases. The interim will contribute to critical planning and reporting tasks, enhancing their analytical skills and understanding of business operations in a dynamic industry. Final deliverable of the project would be a set of common, recurrent and automated reports ensuring data base quality.
Accountabilities:
Salesforce data maintenance and data cleansing. Administration of Business Intelligence tools for reporting and planning. Analysis of monthly performance monitoring KPIs. Participate in operational planning (forecast, budget, long term plan) system submission.
Learning:
Building Relation, Business Acumen around the Travel Industry, Analytical Thinking. Salesforce tool, QlikView Business Intelligence tools. Planning and reporting processes, Commercial Stages and KPIs (pipeline, signatures, Sales Incentive Scheme)
