Project description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UX team to migrate Figma files to ensure smooth transition and organization of design assets.
• Assist in conducting user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute creative ideas and insights.
• Learn how to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups under the guidance of senior designers.
• Learn how to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions.

Accountabilities:

You will be part of the team and you will participate and learn in:

• You will be able to learn from UX Designers and Researchers enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology.
• Bring ideas to the team, be curious, passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Supporting closely with Product Management and Software Development to ensure a strong design perspective is factored into product decisions.
• Learn about the use of research and insight (qualitative and quantitative) to inform/influence the product roadmap (problems) and determine a backlog of ideas (concepts) to test.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the design practice.
• Collaborate with champions of customer-centric approach to design and development, advocating for user/customer engagement and empathy.

Requirements:

Your Skills:

• Graphical and visual skills, including a diverse set of software skills.
• As you will be part of team from different countries, it is necessary to be Fluent in English.
• Demonstrates and understands layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Uses design framework creatively to product design, when appropriate, new styles and patterns with the rest of Amadeus products.
• Demonstrates and articulates an understanding of UX. Be able to design responsible wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behaviour along defined used cases.
• Has experience building design systems and scale features and products within an atomic system.
• Knowledge and some experience in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methods for discovery and validation.
• Experience accessibility principles / guidelines when researching is considered a plus.
