Plan de formación propuesto

-The selected intern will receive training and knowledge in MRO (EASA/PERAM Part 145) regulations and procedures, general knowledge of company EASA/PERAM 145 MOE, general maintenance and airworthiness  requirements and concepts, staff training requirements of Part 145 maintenance organizations.

- The selected intern will receive training and knowledge in MRO activities performed under Airbus D&S Quality System.

Tasks

-Update and unification of L&M, A400M and MRTT staff training/competences register: management and digitalization of maintenance licenses, registers, mandatory and complementary training courses control for blue / white collar

-Update of Certifying Staff Authorization Records according to new PERAM-145 model: Possible automatization in Microsoft Excel for the automatic production of the authorizations both under Part 145 and Quality System would be extremely advantageous.

-Maintenance Licenses: Dossiers preparation for PERAM licenses requests to DGAM via compilation and review of all the information and documentation needed for this requests.

-Production and check of  Reports for the works performed in maintenance working parties: Check of work orders, part and serial numbers in Pelicano. Double-check that maintenance tasks requested are coherent on Program Directive /Maintenance Manuals/Pelicano and updated with Maintenance Manuals on their last revision.

-Organization of the paper records archive: reports, certificates, other documentation. Update and digitalization of the report records.

-Definition and development of a Skill Matrix for blue collar (support): General definition of skills to be evaluated along with the department involved and posterior individual assignment of skill levels. Development and follow-up of a training plan in accordance with the deficiencies observed.

-Management of documental part of department quality audits via AMT tool.

-Support to administrative-type tasks (Documentation upload to DMS,

shipment via post of physical documentation to central quality, support to the administrative elimination  of obsolete norms uploaded on the system… etc)
