Trainning Objectives:

This is a part-time on-site role based in Madrid for a Talent Booking Intern at Mambo Creatives. The Talent Booking Intern will be responsible for booking and coordinating artists for events or activations, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new talent, and ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Music, Communications, Business or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English and Spanish - both written and spoken
• Passion for music and the arts, with a good understanding of the industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
