Area Description:
Manage Amadeus Travel agencies customers from a Finance/ Revenue management perspective ensuring the end to end cost and Revenue process is secured.
Project Description:
Giving support with reporting and billing needs for key customer in the global business accounts area. Being involved in customer monthly calls and understand their how we can help them better. Ensure that all billing aspects (both cost and revenue) are correctly applied with our system
Accountabilities:
- Customer reporting needs
- Support to the team in data extraction
- Customer implementation in SAP systems
- Presentation for internal and external audience
- Billing activities within Month end
Learning:
Trainee will learn to use SAP and SOM, Analysis for Office and reporting in Excel. At the same time will learn by working in an international and dynamic team. Also, communication and prioritization skill which are critical in our area, and finally also gaining more knowledge on financial principals.
