Summary statement: Supports the functional link between the business users' processes and the corresponding applications and methods including all

data used. Mission: Provides support to end users in the use of business solutions (systems, applications, methods and processes) by solving problems

and monitoring the usage of applications, data flows, methods and the business processes; Installs, runs, and performs technical administration of the

systems, applications, and databases of IT infrastructure; Provides expertise for the design of systems, applications, methods and processes; Performs

advanced data management, database administration and data exchange

Provides support to end users in the use of generic or business specific solutions (systems, applications, methods and processes), providing training on

new solution in the deployment phase, assisting them in using those solutions once in production, solving problems, monitoring the usage of methods and

the functional business processes and taking part into the organization of the application and/or method support. Installs, runs, and performs technical

administration of the systems, applications, and databases of IT infrastructure. Can also provides support to technical design activities. Provides expertise

for the design of IS equipments & systems. Install, deploy, and operate. Supports end users and solve second level of operational incidents (following call

from Helpdesk). Performs advanced data management, database administration and data exchange operational tasks. Monitors the performance of

applications and functional processes.
