Area Description

As a Digital Transformation Intern - Order to Delivery (O2D) Process, you will support the digital transformation initiatives around ServiceNow. In this transformation, we will be optimizing workflows, enhancing data management, and improving overall efficiency in the Order to Delivery process. Additionally, the area focuses on project management, ensuring that all transformation activities are well-coordinated, tracked, and aligned with our strategic goals. We employ Agile and SAFe methodologies to foster collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Description

The L2C project (Lead to Cash) aims to streamline and optimize the entire commercial process from lead generation to cash collection. It simplifies portfolio management, enhances productivity, reduces negotiation time, and centralizes billing and collection processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all stage.  Within this project, the internship will focus in the O2D (Order to Delivery part)

Accountabilities


- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Support data management and analysis.
- Asist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.

Learning

In this project, the trainee will learn about Agile and SAFe methodologies, project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and data analysis. They will gain hands-on experience in coordinating digital transformation initiatives and process optimization.

  • Fluent in English, as it is the work language used mainly along the day
  • Project management tools and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies (desirable).
  •  Analytical skills to support data collection, organization, and analysis.
  •  Ability to assist in project planning, coordination, and risk management.
