Labor relations and human resources administration practices:

Philip Morris Spain is looking for talented people to join our Human Resources Department. To further strengthen our Madrid-based department, we are looking for an HR internship student where he will provide support in many different initiatives such as billing, document management, attention to requests from our employees.

As an HR intern, you can: support in different areas related to our HR Services department, mainly: Employee Benefits, Payroll - Time and Attendance, Social Security and Taxes, International Assignment, Practices and Guidelines, etc.

 
Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Labor Relations or Law. Master in Human Resources is a plus.
  • It would be desirable to have knowledge in the Human Resources Department.
  • Fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C2).
  • Well developed communication and resilience skills to face challenges.
  • Dynamism and results orientation.
  • Sense of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
  • Learning agility, perspective, good teamwork, work under pressure, entrepreneurial spirit and creative solutions for problem solving are some of your strengths.
