Plan de formación propuesto

Our unit provides payment solutions for the travel industry. We are the commercial team as part of Outpayce and lead the commercial opportunities with our customers. We are dealing for globally / regionally and domestically operating travel companies. Our major customer segments are airlines, travel agencies / sellers, Corporations and Hotels

We are thinking about several projects for the interns but none confirmed yet: Learning opportunities to help with organization and data quality of the sales tool, following improving sales-to-cash process and producing reports to track compliance, improve sales material by working with other departments to gather inputs…

Placement project: 

Sales: The intern will have the opportunity to learn from all of the commercial processes that exist. This goes from continue spotting, to be able to learn how deal negotiation works and with the support of the mentor, learn the execution of the on-going management of the customer. The opportunity will allow opportunities to learn on the different types of operational issues and requests. The intern will also be guided to contribute to turn our commercial team into a more efficient team. The intern will have the opportunity to be involved in support processes with highly-relevant back-office activities, such as working on deal preparation, market research activities or consolidation of mission-critical information for the head of sales with the guidance of the mentor. The intern will also have learning opportunities to develop skills on pipeline management and internal alignment activities with other Amadeus areas.

Learning:

Learn about travel payments, dynamic sales team environment, learn about different areas such as product development, business partnerships…Learning opportunities on  deal making, negotiation tactics, win-win negotiation, pricing and commercial strategy and customer intimacy activities and will be guided on how they can improve their skills in a corporate environment.
