¿Qué perfil busca la empresa?
  • Estudiante universitario de grado o Estudiante universitario de máster: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE, Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos, Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos
  • Competencias en Idiomas: nivel C1 de Inglés.
Plan de formación propuesto

Fully integrated into the Human Resources department, you will provide support to the Human Resources Business Partner Iberia. You will also participate in cross-functional missions relating to HR projects aligned with market trends.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Personnel administration: You will be required to coordinate personnel administration in close collaboration with our HR generalists and to propose innovative and effective solutions to improve our HR processes.
  • Talent agenda: You will work in collaboration with the HRBR Iberia on subjects related to the French populations and their development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: You will support various projects related to the compensation system.
  • Internal communication: You will animate our internal communities, participate in the organization of our internal events in close collaboration with our communication team.
  • Ad hoc HR projects: You will be required to support various HR projects depending on current events and internal issues

In an international context, you will be in close collaboration with the HR team based in Bucharest.
