🏢 About the Company and the Department

The student will join the R&D department focused on Open RAN (Open Radio Access Network) technologies, where multidisciplinary teams collaborate to design and implement next-generation telecom solutions. This area plays a key role in creating and optimizing engineering workflows and processes for new developments.

📚 Learning Objectives

The internship offers an immersive learning experience, with the goal of:

  • Gaining insight into the engineering process and understanding how various tasks and decisions are integrated within a development cycle.

  • Learning how to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in real R&D environments.

  • Developing technical knowledge related to hardware or software design by participating in ongoing development tasks.

  • Understanding the importance of proper documentation and learning to structure technical content that supports innovation projects.

Mentoring and Monitoring
  • The student will be assigned a professional tutor with expertise in R&D engineering.

  • Learning objectives will be set at the beginning, with regular progress evaluations.

  • Continuous support and feedback will ensure an enriching and growth-oriented experience.

🎓 Candidate Profile

🎓 Academic Degree
Bachelor's or Master’s degree students in:

  • Electronic or Electrical Engineering

  • Computer Engineering

  • Telecommunications or similar technical degrees

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Basic understanding of hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog) or C/C++ programming.

  • Familiarity with chip development workflows is valued.

  • Courses in signal processing and electronic instrumentation are considered a plus.

  • Interest in telecommunications and engineering design methodologies.

  • Ability to bring fresh ideas and methods from university studies to improve development workflows.

  • Intermediate technical English (B1/B2 level).
