THE OPPORTUNITY
Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join the Commercial Planning and Digital department. To further strengthen our department based in Canarias, as a member of this team you will:
• Develop reports to fit needs as well as execute the commercial standard reports to support the business decision process with actionable and relevant information
• Identify internal business needs in what regards to commercials tools, define the specifications for new developments, maintenance and training, in collaboration with IS, based on the requirements of the business, liaising with IS for systems' development.
• Provide appropriate support to Sales Force Information System users by constantly updating, adapting and maintaining the commercials tools including training to the sales force.
• Maintain the commercial information systems in close contact with IS (e.g. identifying improvement areas, executing tests and setting up regular referential data from the tools).
University degree, preferred in business. Master in business intelligence or similar is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory and previous experience with reporting tools would be desirable.
