Training objectives:

At Philip Morris we are looking for a candidate to join the Global Center of Excellence in Fleet Management based in Madrid. The CoE Fleet is in charge of designing and implementing a global strategy and tools aimed at offering:

  • A safe driving setup for our employees around the world.
  • A constant reduction in CO2 emissions.
  • A profitable framework that offers value to our drivers.
  • Reporting to the Global CoE Director, this role will support communication and planning activities, in particular, the development and implementation of standard processes and practices, common performance assessment and methodologies.

Candidate profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Economics or similar.
  • Passion for the automotive industry.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Domain of the Microsoft suite especially in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
  • Good communication skills.
