Objetivos Formativos:

Philip Morris Spain is looking for talented people to join our Madrid-based Human Resources team to support the commercial area
Main responsibilities:
Follow up, analyze and simplify the process linked to the reports of the KPIs of the commercial area (absenteeism, rotation, dropouts, updates, promotions ...)
Monitoring of people management processes.
Maintenance and updating of the internal database on monitoring of people processes (performance management, new hires, organizational changes, quality controls)
Support in the daily management of B2B, B2C and Retail.
