Area Description
Our team, Operational Excellence & Industrialization, is part of the Strategy & Partnerships unit. We aim to grow our partner ecosystem through industrialized processes, increasing revenue. We focus on automation and process industrialization to manage a large number of partners and achieve scalability.
Project description
The project will focus on process industrialization and automation, while supporting the Partner Managers team. The intern will be involved in: - Redesigning commercial processes - Improving efficiency with self-service and digitalization - Contributing to innovative solutions for partner onboarding - Ensuring smooth operation of the partner process.
Accountabilities
- Assist Premium and Network Partner Managers with commercial processes, including contracting, implementation, billing requests, verification, payments control, and terminations.
- Coordinate with internal teams like Legal, Billing, Collections, and Delivery.
- Contribute to redesigning commercial processes to enhance efficiency and implement digital self-service solutions for partners.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in our systems.
Learning
The intern will gain insights into the travel IT industry dynamics, partner commercial processes, sales operations, and process industrialization. They will acquire knowledge of advanced technology supporting commercial processes. This presents an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in operational excellence and both customer-facing internal and external processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in verbal and written English, fluency in an additional language is a valuable asset (Spanish, French, German)
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for technical subjects, processes, and automation.
