Area description:
Customer Loyalty is responsible for existing customers retention through support, product adoption, renewal management and cross-selling and up-selling activities. This also includes business recovery as well as finding and developing new sales opportunities in among the prospect hotels in the European addressable market.
Project description:
100% Retention project to retain all our existing customers on different solutions and services. Identify new ways of improving customer’s engagement and loyalty to Amadeus Hospitality.
Accountabilities:
Support the prospecting activities by finding new sales opportunities among the prospect hotels in the European addressable market, qualifying leads and reassigning to the sales representative.
Support the retention activities by participating in the different initiatives to improve the customer success management: customer engagement, support, etc.

Requirements:
Fluent English, and any other European language will be a plus.
