- Lifelong Learning Master’s Degree in Professional Skills for Business in the Digital Age
The Citius Program, promoted by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and managed by the Fundación Universidad-Empresa, is a postgraduate training experience aimed at young university graduates who want to make the leap into the professional world by combining practical and real academic training.
The Academic Training Plan is taught at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Depending on their professional orientation, the candidate can combine the academic content of their choice with supervised internships at some of our partner companies.
The Academic Plan is taken at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and allows students to design a path adapted to their future profession.
As part of the study programme, students must complete a minimum of 30 ECTS credits, some through compulsory subjects and the remainder through optional subjects.
The programme will be delivered online, although some courses may include blended-learning activities.

Legal and juridical advice throughout the entire process.
Training scholarships for students or internship programmes for postgraduate students.
Management of internship agreements, with remote, in-person, or mixed incorporations.
Personalized programs in strategies, processes, and candidate experiences.
Centralized management and process to access the best talent.
The curricular internships associated with the study can be carried out in any of the partner companies and in the departments designated by them.
As part of the program, a teleinternship or full-time on-site internship experience (maximum 35 hours per week) is carried out in one of our partner companies. During this period, the student is accompanied by a company tutor.

The admission requirements for the Lifelong Learning Master’s Degree in Professional Skills for Business in the Digital Age are as follows:
Be a Spanish citizen or hold a valid residence permit.
Hold an official university degree—recognised or eligible for recognition—as a diplomado, licenciado, architect, technical architect, engineer or technical engineer, relevant to the places offered in each call for applications; or be a bachelor’s degree student enrolled in the final academic year, with no more than 60 ECTS credits remaining to be completed.
Have obtained the official university degree, whether recognised or eligible for recognition, within the last four years.
Not have had a professional relationship with the host company after completing your studies.
Not have previously received an internship grant of a similar nature.
The diploma for the Lifelong Learning Master’s Degree in Professional Skills for Business in the Digital Age will be issued by the Autonomous University of Madrid and will also include certification from the company where the student completes the internship.
