The Master's Degree of Continuing Education in Strategic Vision and New Professional Skills was created with a clear objective: to improve the employability of young university graduates, facilitating their integration into the labor market through the acquisition of key competencies and highly demanded technical skills.

This university study program provides students with a set of strategic, relational, and digital competencies essential to solidly integrate into the professional environment. Students will acquire the analytical frameworks, tools, and criteria necessary to interpret the organizational context, make autonomous decisions, and add value from day one in any sector of activity.

This program helps students develop a strategic and contextual perspective that allows them to place their professional decisions within a broader framework, anticipating the impact of environmental changes on organizational activities.

Likewise, they will learn to operate with artificial intelligence critically and productively, combining the mastery of applied tools with the necessary thinking to evaluate, question, and complement them with their own criteria.

In this program, we aim to prepare students to perform successfully in complex and changing organizational environments. They will develop the relational competencies that allow them to generate impact through effective communication, building quality relationships, and professional influence without the need for formal authority, and they will strengthen personal resources — self-awareness, emotional regulation, and focus — that sustain performance in contexts of uncertainty.

Senior Program in Strategic Vision and New Professional Skills: 60 ECTS modality

Online theoretical training divided into 3 blocks.

Company internships.

Reduced duration: ideal option if you are looking for a quick entry into the labor market.

Master's Degree of Continuing Education in Strategic Vision and New Professional Skills: 60 ECTS modality

All of the above, with a slightly more extensive teaching load.

Greater depth in the Master's Thesis (TFM) and integration sessions.

Recommended if you want to balance technical learning and practical experience.

Master's Degree of Continuing Education in Strategic Vision, New Professional Skills, and Finance: 90 ECTS modality

Complete pathway: includes all theoretical content, practical challenges, and a heavier internship workload.

Scholarship and program conditions

Duration:
Between 6 and 12 months, depending on the training plan.

Schedule:
full-time (8 hours/day)

Monthly amount:
minimum 900 gross/month (depending on city and schedule)

Company certification upon completion of the internships

Admission and enrollment

The requirements to access the Master's Degree in Strategic Vision and New Professional Skills postgraduate program are as follows:

Be under 30 years of age on the date of publication of the call.

Hold an official university degree (graduate, diploma holder, licentiate, engineer, architect...).

Have finished university studies within the last 4 years.

Not have had professional experience related to the degree after obtaining the qualification.

Not have previously enjoyed a similar internship placement.

Academic accreditation

Upon successfully completing the training plan (academic and practical), the student will receive the title of:

Master's Degree of Continuing Education in Strategic Vision and New Professional Skills, issued as a Nebrija University Own Degree
Additionally, you will receive a certification from the collaborating company.
In case of not being able to complete the full master's degree, a Senior Program Diploma can be obtained.
