START is the comprehensive internship management program for undergraduate and graduate students from all academic fields at Spanish universities and many international ones, through a cooperation agreement for internships.

Study allowance
Included in each student's academic plan, usually lasting 900 hours per academic year. This period may be extended at the company's request with prior university authorization.

Training plan
Curricular training internships are a mandatory subject, with the academic load varying depending on the university.
Degree
Curricular and extracurricular internships are open to any degree program.
START's main objective is to bring students closer to the professional world, aiming to enrich their academic training at the University and develop the professional skills necessary to facilitate their entry into the labor market.
Since its launch, the START program incorporates an average of 2,500 students per year in training internships in companies throughout Spain. Students come from more than 80 universities and affiliated centers nationally and internationally. Currently, more than 600 companies incorporate students in internships through the START program.

Through START we mediate with universities and centralize at FUE the process of selection, incorporation, management, and monitoring. The company's role focuses on the final selection of the student and their subsequent training in the company.

The companies collaborating in the Program come from all economic sectors. All internships are managed through the Fundación Universidad-Empresa, a Program collaborator.
