The intern will join the Mobile Private Networks (MPN) team, a technical unit within Vodafone responsible for designing, deploying, and ensuring the quality of private mobile networks based on 5G technology. This department plays a key role in delivering customized enterprise solutions that integrate network infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, and performance analytics.

Throughout the internship, the student will have the opportunity to:

• Understand the architecture and core components of a Mobile Private Network (MPN), including 5G core, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

• Learn the fundamentals of IP networks (routing and switching) and their application in secure enterprise environments.

• Observe and take part in Vodafone’s internal processes for network design, deployment, and assurance.

• Use performance monitoring tools to analyze network behavior and explore improvement opportunities.

• Become familiar with the maintenance of hardware and software components, including servers, virtual machines, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Contribute to the analysis of customer technical requirements and the adaptation of MPN solutions from a learning perspective.

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering
