Area description:
Group Real Estate oversees global Amadeus Asset portfolio, managing the strategy on the footprint optimization, workplace, lease negotiation and building and facilities cost centre, including yearly Capex and Opex at global level. Working closely with B&F, PNC and DWS.
Placement project:
Amadeus Plannin Hub, giving support on the data understanding, also identifying opportunities to improve the model supported by line managers. Footprint optimization strategy, supporting the financial specialist on the BC analysis and presentation to top management. Building and Facilities Forecast, supporting the follow up with different stakeholders and GRE teammates. Asset Database, improving the database based on GRE inputs, also managing the relationship with external stakeholder.
- Manage, control and gather all the relevant information in order to keep accurate reports for the department.
- Build (jointly with the GRE team) and manage a Real Estate internal repository of information.
- Be the point of contact for building and facilities for operational expenditures.
- Commit on scope and planning.
- Raise alerts and find solutions.
- Communicate and report to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributes to build a healthy and collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Outlook soft systems, specifically strong Power Point and Excell user
- PC skills: Advanced
- English: Excellent
- Presentation and Communication skills
- Teamwork
The candidate will be always supported by a Financial Specialist and a line Manager, also a Senior Manager at the very beginning. The role is extremely dynamic as there are many project in the pipeline that need to be addressed in a continuously changing environment.
