One of the key objectives of the organization (TAPX) aims at enhancing and boosting Project Management practices cross Programme.

Within this framework, the team is focused on the standardization and harmonization of Programme & Project Management standards, where the intern will focus on supporting the definition and deployment of best in class solutions that will ensure an integrated Programme, Project and Portfolio Performance Management in Military Aircraft. The working culture for this role requires acting in accordance with own and organizational values & beliefs such as transparency, proactivity, team work, solutions oriented, hard work, etc, to support the PM community and team reinforcing the PM culture.

•  Support the definition and deployment of the Performance Management governance for Cross Programmes and PMO´s
•  Supports in the coordination of the PM Dialogue deployment in MiA (Weekly/EMC/Quarterly)
•  Supports the alignment of all MiA P&P Performance Management Initiatives with BMS standards
•  Contributes to the Cross Programmes Performance Management Digital Initiatives
•  Supports the business in the definition and deployment of PM related needs
•  Supports and defines reporting solutions and associated governance.
