At Sani/Ikos Group, a leading luxury hospitality company, we are looking for a motivated Procurement Intern (OS&E Buyer) to join our Corporate Procurement team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in purchasing Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) for our luxury resorts, supporting the optimization of procurement processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with our premium standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Support in supplier research and preparation of product comparisons.
• Assist in order management and follow-up with suppliers to track deliveries.
• Provide support in quotations and basic negotiations under guidance of the Procurement team.
• Help maintain and update ERP system with product and supplier data.
• Support in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team in daily procurement administrative tasks.

Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Interest in procurement and supply chain within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
