  • Manages change requests on regional applications in adherence to regional change management processes and internal control requirements. Supports evolution of existing models and application maps.

  • Delivers effective training to the target stakeholders.

  • Analyzes, implements and follows up to deliver a technical solution aligned with the agreed business processes and following the established governance and applicable guidelines and policies. Figures out the processes necessary to get things done

  • Ensures that the solution is delivered on time, budget and quality. Promotes an adequate prioritization of activities.

  • Ensures within the functional area full solution alignment and consistency at regional level and across organization related to:  other solutions, project management, IT infrastructure and IT service managemen
