Plan de formación propuesto
Group Privacy Office is in charge of monitoring privacy-related legal requirements and advising the organization on how to comply with these.
Project Description
The intern will be able to work hand-on-hand with the Privacy Counsel on advising the organization on the fulfilment of privacy legal requirements (e.g., legalization of international data transfers, negotiation of privacy sections in agreements, performing risk assessments, tracking new requirements, etc.).
Accountabilities
- Data privacy knowledge and application to the real world in an international organization.
- Negotiation of privacy section in agreements.
- Legalization of international transfers.
Learning
- How to implement privacy regulatory requirements.
- How to approach negotiation of data privacy related sections in agreements.
- How to effectively present and report data privacy issues to management.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of EU data protection regulation.
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
- Appetite to learn.
- Capacity to work in a multi-cultural team.
- Strong organizational skills.Knowledge of excel, power point and other office tools.
