Area description:
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Customer Insights and Analytics team.
Project description:
The team is in charge of developing and automating customer reports and dashboards to provide useful insights of service performance to our stakeholders and customers. You’ll work as part of an experienced Reporting and Service Delivery Analysts. You will be a member of a vibrant team and will carry out divers reporting and automation tasks.
Accountabilities:
- Design and implementation of Data Source document automation
- Design of team deliverables Operational Indicators dashboard
- Design of customer document database
- Maintenance of customer configuration management database
- Support in report migration projects
- Support team with adhoc requests
Learning:
You will have the opportunity to develop not only your technical skills using modern Business Analytics tools, but also gain valuable knowledge about Amadeus portfolio, Service Level Agreements and Amadeus customers.
Requirements:
- Speaks fluent English
- Enjoys working in a multi-cultural team
- Savvy in Microsoft Power Platform
- Eager to learn new technologies (tools, new programming languages, etc.)
- Good presentation & communication skills to convey ideas and results
