As a Service Solution Designer trainee, you´ll have the opportunity to learn and apply your knowledge by: 

  • Supporting the feasibility, design and timely transition to in-life of Enterprise Products service solutions/operating models driven by customer experience and cost-to-serve.
  • Supporting the interpretation of commercial product / business requirements into impacts and requirements on operational processes and IT
  • Cooperating with and coordinating different departments of the company at central and local level, e.g. Product Management, Legal & Regulatory, operational support and obtain necessary support for the definition of service solution proposals.
  • Supporting the selection of suppliers to deliver shared & managed services: define requirements, select supplier, and participate in contract negotiation.
  • Helping to manage small to medium scale service delivery for centrally provided/supported enterprise products
  • Interest in designing products
