Area description:

The Third-Party Risk Management Office (TPRMO) is within the Corporate Risk & Compliance team. In the dynamic landscape of Third Parties, the TPRM initiative designs and monitors the processes to help each Amadeus unit to manage their risks associated with their Third Parties. It is a transversal figure overseeing and managing risks associated with external entities seeking to engage with Amadeus. The team is involved from the selection to the contract’s negotiation and then on the monitoring.

Project description:

The TPRM processes is currently getting automatized, and the implementation needs to be followed to enhance, manage and optimize the Business Process Automation and learn about the Risk Management. In the meantime, the processes needs to be deployed and monitored into the organization. One of the key factors is the communication to be built through presentation and key indicators.

Accountabilities:

To assist the TPRMO-ROC in the TPRM deployment through the following tasks:

  • Key contributor to develop and automatize Key Performance/Risk Indicators (KPI/KRI) and reports.
  • Developing an internal website to promote the TPRM to all employees.
  • Supporting the Business Process Automation project implementation.
  • Supporting the team with TPRM tasks.

Learning:

The analyst will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain valuable experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Learn Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Engage with stakeholders from different units and countries.
  • Learn to use analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) and communication tools (e.g. SharePoint).

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in risk management and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • To be fluent in English (level C1).
