In charge of Change Management and Communication on behalf of the Digital Transformation Services, Internal (IT), we implement strategies and methods for effecting change and helping people to accept and adapt to change and  implement strategies and methods for facilitating communication and helping distribute information and knowledge in the most effective way. 

Placement Project

Depending on the intern skills and preferences, he/she will be given the opportunity to take responsibilities in one or more of these activities below.

  • Define the visual identity of a project (mail, internal social post, video, presentation templates).
  • Define/Implement a plan to raise and increase [1] awareness of the need for a change, [2] desire to participate and support the change, [3] knowledge on how to change, [4] ability to implement the change or [5] reinforce and sustain the change.
  •  Manage one or more project communication channels (addressed to one or more segmented audiences) as part of the overall plan.
  • Participate  in ZERMATT: Project consisting in the implementation of ServiceNow to provide support to our Internal IT service consumers. He/She will contribute to the success of the project by supporting the global Change Enablement plan, in any of the accountabilities listed above.
